By entering any Reggaeton Rave event or venue, you agree to all terms below.

🚨 Assumption of Risk

Events involve risks (falls, collisions, injury, illness, or worse).

By entering, you voluntarily assume all risks.

🛑 Waiver of Liability

You release Reggaeton Rave, LLC from any claims or damages, including negligence.

This applies to you and anyone using your ticket.

👶 Minors

If a minor enters with you, you confirm you’re their legal guardian and waive all claims on their behalf.

👥 Guests on Your Ticket

Anyone attending under your ticket or reservation is bound by these terms.

🚑 Medical Consent

You authorize event staff to provide or obtain emergency medical care if needed.

🛡️ Indemnification & Insurance

You agree to protect Reggaeton Rave, LLC from claims related to your actions.

You are responsible for your own insurance.

🎟️ Tickets, Entry & Refunds

• Entry is revocable at any time

• Tickets are non-refundable & non-exchangeable

• Service fees are non-refundable

• If an event is canceled with no new date → automatic full refund

Buying a ticket = agreement to this policy.

🆔 ID Required

A valid, physical, government-issued ID is required.

No photos, screenshots, or expired IDs.

📸 Photo & Video

You may be photographed or filmed for promotional use.

If you don’t want to be recorded, tell staff upon entry.

🚫 Prohibited Items

Do not bring:

• Weapons or illegal substances

• Outside alcohol or food

• Large bags, scooters, skateboards

• Fireworks, lasers, noisemakers

• Professional A/V gear

• Animals (except service animals)

• Gum

Final call is up to venue staff.

📏 Behavior Rules

• Follow staff instructions

• No aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior

• No excessive intoxication

Violators may be removed without refund.

💬 Code of Conduct

• Zero tolerance for violence or discrimination

• No eating, drinking, or gum on the dance floor

• No dancing while intoxicated

• Consent is mandatory — only an enthusiastic yes means yes

Break the rules → you’re out.

📢 Ticket Use

Tickets cannot be used for promos, giveaways, or commercial use without written approval.

Events may include strobes and flashing lights.

Proceed at your own discretion.

COVID-19 exposure risk exists.

By entering, you assume all related risks and agree to follow safety rules.

• If one part is invalid, the rest still applies

• All disputes go to binding arbitration
